MEMBERSHIP BREAKS AND MEMBERSHIP REACTIVATION:

If you choose to cancel your membership at any time and return at a later date you will be subject to any rate increases at the time of enrollment.

REFUNDS:

The Body Tec will not provide refunds following any cancellation requests. Membership cancellations are processed by sending written notification via email to contact@the-bodytec.com. Please do not send cancellation messages to our social media accounts or WhatsApp.

The Body Tec does not issue refunds if you do not use your membership. You can transfer your membership to another person.

CANCELLATION POLICY / LATE FEES:

If you are cancelling your session, please keep in mind that we request at least 24-hour notice for any cancellation.

Should a 24-hour notice not be provided, a full session ($35) is charged / you lose your session.

Due to the short duration of the EMS sessions, please understand that if you are more than 5 minutes late, your session will be shortened.

The unused sessions upon expiration of your membership shall be forfeited without refund.
